Refund Policy

SiteNeuro is a fully automated SaaS platform. All website generation is performed instantly and autonomously by Neuro. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of automated, on-demand software services.

1. Demo Fee ($1.99)

The $1.99 paid demo fee is non-refundable. When you pay for a demo, Neuro immediately generates a personalized demo website. Because the product is delivered at the moment of payment, no refund can be issued after the demo is generated.

Credit toward subscription: The $1.99 demo fee is applied as a credit toward your first subscription payment.

2. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Access is granted instantly at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you were charged in error — due to a technical failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized access — contact us at hello@siteneuro.com within 7 days of the charge. We review each case individually. Refunds under exceptional circumstances are at SiteNeuro's sole discretion.

5. Payments Processed by Polar.sh

All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Charges may appear under the Polar.sh name on your statement. Polar.sh's own terms and refund policies apply to payment processing.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
