Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteNeuro ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SiteNeuro. By accessing or using SiteNeuro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What SiteNeuro Is

SiteNeuro is a fully automated SaaS platform powered by an AI system called Neuro. SiteNeuro automatically generates professional websites based on business or professional profile data — without any manual design, development, or service work performed by SiteNeuro staff.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SiteNeuro.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@siteneuro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. How SiteNeuro Works

4.1 Automated Website Generation

You may generate a website by providing a Google Maps business URL or a LinkedIn profile URL. Neuro analyzes publicly available data and automatically generates a single-page website without any manual intervention.

4.2 AI-Generated Content

All website content, copy, design choices, and structure are generated automatically by Neuro. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying your website content before it is presented to the public.

4.3 Preview Demos (System-Generated)

SiteNeuro may automatically generate a preview demo of a business or professional profile using publicly available information. These previews do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by SiteNeuro, and are for demonstration purposes only. If you wish to request removal, contact us at hello@siteneuro.com.

5. Demo System

5.1 Paid Demo (User-Initiated)

You may pay $1.99 to generate a demo website. This fee is applied as a credit toward your first subscription payment. The demo is accessible for 7 days from generation, after which it enters a locked state until you activate a subscription.

5.2 Free Demo (System-Generated Preview)

SiteNeuro may generate a free preview demo using publicly available information. The demo is accessible for 7 days, after which certain interactive features may be restricted pending subscription activation.

6. Subscriptions

SiteNeuro offers monthly auto-renewing subscription tiers billed through Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@siteneuro.com.

7. Credits

SiteNeuro may offer a credits system for additional actions and services. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire at SiteNeuro's discretion.

8. Your Responsibilities

• You have the right to submit any data or URLs you provide
• Your use complies with all applicable laws
• You will not generate false, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content
• You will review AI-generated content before publishing

9. Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, designs, and trademarks comprising SiteNeuro are owned by SiteNeuro. Upon activating a paid subscription, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish your generated website.

10. Third-Party Services

SiteNeuro integrates with Cloudflare (hosting), Polar.sh (payment), and analytics providers. SiteNeuro is not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SITENEURO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN INCREASED TRAFFIC, RANKINGS, OR REVENUE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITENEURO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

13. Termination

SiteNeuro may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
